Gymnastics Personal Training Purchase required to enroll

Gymnastics personal training sessions are an opportunity to work with one or both of CrossFit Jääkarhu's experienced gymnastics coaches. Coach Jessica is a former gymnast with more than 11 years of coaching experience. Coach Kati is a collegiate gymnast who excels at helping athletes fine tune the details and develop a solid gymnastics foundation.

Online Programming

Gymnastics Online Programming Plans available from $127Purchase required to enroll

Coach Jessica Estrada offers online programming that is designed to assess an athlete's strengths and limitations and help them improve their gymnastic ability through extras work in the form of sessions or full workouts. Athletes may select from three programming tracks, that will be customized to suit your individual needs.

The first week will be initial testing on movements so that I can assess where you are and what your strengths and weakness' are. This will require you to send me a video(s) for analysis and evaluation. Once I have an idea of where you are, I will begin to program accordingly. Coach Kati Breazeal has a 15 year career in artistic gymnastics, including— a Junior Olympic Uneven Bars title, earning a full ride scholarship to compete for the University of Georgia, and training under 2004 United States’ Olympic Head Coach, Yevgeny Marchenko. Kati is passionate about educating athletes on how to most efficiently perform gymnastics movements in CrossFit, focusing on developing a strong sense of body awareness and technique. Athletes may select from two programming tracks, that will be customized to suit your individual needs.

Gymnastics Video Analysis From $25 per visit with Video Analysis - 3 Movements (Coach Jessica) pass

Need help with your muscle-ups, pull-ups, toes to bar, double-unders or any other gymnastic movement? Record a video of your movement(s) and send them to either Coach Jessica or Coach Kati to receive comprehensive analysis and instruction on how to improve or correct your movement pattern.
