Thanks for signing up for this intro to clean eating. In this general nutrition talk (45mins). We will meet in the office at CrossFit Jääkarhu and review the basics of nutrition of and why it is important in regards to CrossFit and how to fuel yourself appropriately. We will also discuss some simple changes you can make that will have a big impact on your performance.
