Saturdays

The Saturday Menu is intended to let athletes choose an area of training to focus on for the day. Coaches provide the programming for this one-hour session. The Menu will be available on select Saturdays each month.

Olympic Weightlifting $10 per classPurchase required to enroll

Developing and fine-tuning weightlifting technique with Coach Orion Hones, who is under Weightlifting Coach Ricky Redus.

Gymnastics $10 per classPurchase required to enroll

Gymnastics training and instruction led by Jessica Estrada.
